48 houses in Sweden — minimalism and timber facades
Swedish customers value functional simplicity, natural timber facades and energy efficiency. 48 completed projects since 2005.

The Swedish market is our second-largest export destination. 48 completed projects since 2005 — from Stockholm through Gothenburg and Malmö to smaller villages in Småland and Dalarna.
Classic Swedish aesthetics
Local aesthetics revolve around timber facades. The most common variants:
- Falun red — classic red sandstone colour used since the 16th century
- Black cedar boards or thermowood — modern minimalism
- Transparent stains highlighting the natural wood structure
- White boards in Scandinavian style

Boverket standard
All our houses in Sweden meet Boverket (Swedish housing authority) standards:
- Wall U-value ≤ 0.15 W/m²K
- Roof U-value ≤ 0.10 W/m²K
- Window U-value ≤ 0.80 W/m²K
- Passive standard available as extended package
- Full airtightness n50 ≤ 0.6 1/h
Locations and logistics
Projects include Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and smaller towns in Småland and Dalarna. Sea transport logistics to Stockholm and Gothenburg ports, then overland to the building site.
Certified timber and a low environmental footprint
The Swedish market places great importance on timber origin and ecology. We work with PEFC/FSC certified material, and factory prefabrication reduces waste and energy use compared with traditional construction. A timber structure stores carbon throughout the life cycle of the building, which matches the expectations of Swedish clients.
- PEFC/FSC certified timber
- Less waste thanks to factory prefabrication
- Timber structure that stores carbon (CO₂)
