SHELL package — a fully insulated and weather-protected building envelope (3.5 × 8 m), ready for the installation of interior systems and finishes. Layout: two rooms and a bathroom plus a covered terrace. C24 timber frame, Paroc Ultra stone wool insulation (floor and ceiling 250 mm, walls 150 mm), EPDM roofing membrane. Non-combustible aluminium composite façade, tempered mirrored glazing 8+6+6 mm, entrance door and opening windows according to the project, provisions for Blauberg HRV and heat pump / air-conditioning. Not included: interior finishing, heating and cooling, sanitary equipment, kitchen and furniture, appliances or interior engineering systems.
