Our Factory
We own our factory, located in Latvia in the town of Lielvārde, about 50 km east of Riga. The town has old Viking roots: its name combines "Liel" (big) and "Vārde" (a pile of rocks). Our timber-frame elements are produced here and loaded onto semi-trailers for shipment to building sites across Europe and Scandinavia.
Our factory has 1600 m² under one roof, where our prefabricated timber-frame elements are produced. On average we can build around 40–50 houses per year. Producing wall, roof and floor elements in a controlled factory environment ensures precise geometry, consistent quality and much faster on-site assembly than traditional construction.
