Wood Solutions is based in Lielvārde, Latvia. This is where all our panels are manufactured and where our story began in 2002.

NorthCon Industries SIA — our factory

Latvia is our factory base — the NorthCon Industries SIA plant in Lielvārde. Since 2002, this is where we produce wall, roof and ceiling panels for all our projects across Europe. A 4 800 m² production hall, 5 element-assembly stations, and our own timber drying chambers.

Local projects

Local projects are a mix of single-family houses and commercial buildings in Riga, Jūrmala and Vidzeme. Clients choose us for:

• Short delivery times — panels leave the factory the next day
• Option to visit the factory during production
• Direct contact with the design and production team

Timber from Latvian forests

Timber for our structures comes from certified Latvian forests, where sustainable forest management matters. Latvia is one of the most forested countries in the EU — over 50% of the country is forested. Our suppliers hold FSC and PEFC certificates.

Manufacturing base in Lielvārde

Our factory in Lielvārde is the heart of the entire production — this is where wall, floor and roof panels are made for all markets. Controlled indoor conditions, repeatable quality and an in-house design team keep the standard high regardless of the destination country. Latvian projects are also our testing ground for refining the technology.
