Projects we are really proud of
A look at two of the most interesting and challenging projects from our history — the award-winning Modellvillan in Stockholm and the Intervallet student housing in Linköping.
Throughout our history we have worked on many interesting and challenging projects. Here are two we are especially proud of — both built in Sweden, both recognised with national awards.
Modellvillan, Stockholm
We handled the engineering, production, assembly and exterior finish for this project in the centre of Stockholm, which converted an old building into a modern, heat-efficient apartment building. The result mixes old and modern architecture, with cedar on both the facade and the roof.
Intervallet, Linköping
In the Swedish town of Linköping we carried out the engineering, production and assembly of a seven-storey student rental apartment building with 112 apartments, built in cross-laminated timber (CLT). The project was delivered to a high standard and demonstrated our capabilities in large multi-storey timber construction.
Both projects show what modern timber construction can achieve — from characterful private architecture to large-scale, award-winning residential buildings.
